For anyone who orders or wants to order, my painting skills are not perfect. If there is a mistake in painting on your order you can feel free to emails us for instructions on how to fix it; however, we will always do our best to ensure there are as little mistakes as possible.

Our replicas are intended for display and cosplay, they will most likely break if used in battle or fake fighting. With that said, if a customer would like to make a special request for an extra durable weapon they may email us for further inquiries. There will still be no guarantee that products will hold up in combat.

We do not offer refunds. Each order is hand-made specially for the customer and cannot be returned. If there are concerns feel free to email us for further assistance.

Some products will have to be assembled in a very simple and self-explanatory manner under 5 parts. If you have any questions feel free to email us and we will guide you although it will likely be unnecessary as piecing together our products is designed to be extremely simple.

We try to complete our orders within a few days; however, because 3D printers are slow and there most likely will be orders ahead of yours, it may take a few weeks to complete orders.

We are not responsible for any issues regarding shipping. If your order gets lost while shipping I will do my best to ensure you get your product, but there are no guarantees. We put our return address on all packages so that it is not an issue for customers. International orders may be held in shipping/customs for long periods of time.
